Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping


Local orders: If there is no any special request, orders will be sent via MNG Kargo. International orders: If there is no any special request, orders will be sent via Turkish Post Airmail's service: Turpex. It's an international cargo service with guaranteed fast international delivery.




Shipping Cost


Local orders: Unless otherwise specified, all prices are shipping included. International orders: All shipping, local transportation, additional charges, tax or fees due to customs are is paid by the customers.




Arrival


Please inspect your package upon arrival. Products are packed with the utmost of care. We strive for 100% satisfaction, however damages and mistakes can sometimes occur. Please contact us immediately and we will correct the problem. Please send a photo(s) to barboworkshop@gmail.com and keep packaging materials for claim inspection.




Returns & Changes


All items must be returned to our office in the same condition you received them and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. We will start to produce damaged products as soon as we received and will ship to your previously stated adress.




Sale Items


No returns, no exchanges.





Colors & Sizes

Safety


Unless otherwise specified, it is safe to assume all pieces can go in the dishwasher and microwave. We are using Pure Brilliance™ Clear Glaze, they are nontoxic and dinnerware-safe. Pure Brilliance™ Clear Glazes produce a distinctively smooth and elegant appearance. They have a brilliant shine, are very forgiving and have a resistance to crazing like no other clear glaze on the market.




Usage & Care


Pottery will break if transferred directly from freezer to hot oven so allow for a gradual change in temperature.




Size & Color


All of our pieces have a unique story and character but there may be slight differences in size, shape and/or color which makes pottery special.




Photos


Photos are taken for maximum accuracy in our studio but please note that colors can be different from one computer monitor to another.





Wholesale Policy

Minimum Order


Back to Basics Candle Holder; for orders 8 (2 set) and above. Raw Plates; for orders 10 and above. Totem table series; for orders 5 and above.




Production


It starts after the first payment is received. - VAT is not included. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, depends on the quantity of your order. E-mail us for more info.




Payment


50% advance payment and 50% on completion delivery. After you receive your order, you are responsible for making the 50% of the payment in 3 business days. You can pay securely with your credit card / debit card via our Shopier shop, you can pay by installments with your credit (available in some markets only) or SWIFT to our bank account.




Returns


No returns or exchanges. Wholesale products are made to order and will not be returnable under any circumstances, only if it is damaged during transit. See shipping policy.




Consignment Buying


For international orders we only accept wholesale trade.
